We are constantly searching for the best brands and collections that emphasize the British style. We want to make sure that our customers feel safe while shopping in our E-shop. ”www.brittfurn.se” (hereinafter "website"). In accordance with point one, the stipulation of the purchase- and deliverance conditions are applied.

These Terms & Conditions applies to all sales through the website by the consumer, and where delivery to countries within the European Union occurs. By consumer, a physical person is intended, whose purchases mainly neglect business inquires.
All prices on this website are given in Swedish SEK and shown including a 25% tax. This tax rate applies to all purchases, where delivery within the European Union is intended. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.
All prices on the Brittfurn website exclude shipment costs. We deliver all purchases exceeding 500 SEK free of charge to Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Purchases below 500 SEK to aforementioned stated countries, or deliveries to other countries within the European Union, regardless of the price, an added shipment cost will be included. Shipment costs are provided in relation to ordering.
Wallpaper and fabric samples
Ordering wallpaper or fabrics samples costs 50 SEK. These samples are sent via mail and are therefore not traceable. This renders Brittfurn unable to have control of the delivery after the sample is shipped. Expected delivery time is between 1 and 3 weeks. If you have not received your sample within 3 weeks, please contact Brittfurn to have a new one shipped.
Discounts and gift cards
If you wish to use a discount or gift card, then you will have to do so in accordance with the purchase being made. A discount or gift card that has not been used within the time of purchasing, may NOT be implemented after the order is already made.
Orders made through the website are not binding for Brittfurn even if an order confirmation has been given. The reason behind this is the fact that a large part of our assortment consists of order goods. These products may not be possible for us to deliver if they have been taken out of production or if they for some other reason are impossible to deliver. Brittfurn therefore reserves the right to cancel your order within a week of receiving the order confirmation. We only do this as a last resort and strive to inform the customer as soon as possible if this was to occur.
Price changes and apparent incorrect priced products
Brittfurn reserves the right to change prices under circumstances which we do not have control over (example of such events are: currency changes, increase in the purchasing/manufacturing prices or increase of VAT). In addition Brittfurn reserves the right to nullify orders if the product is clearly priced wrong.
4. Colours, pictures and samples
Colours and patterns are perceived differently depending on the viewer. Therefore, the product texts on our website which describe the merchandise are meant to give you a direction, rather than a vivid and full description of a products nature. For example, it is not unusual for a wallpaper / fabric colour to be viewed differently on a computer screen than in reality. Due to this, we strongly recommend our customers to order a single wallpaper / fabric sample before making a full purchase. Wallpapers / fabrics are ordered goods, and can therefore not be returned according to the withdrawal policy (see section 10).
Ordering wallpaper /fabrics samples cost 50 SEK. The samples are usually in the format A4, or in a slightly smaller format.
We offer four different payment methods:
Payments through Klarna Checkout. Klarna Checkout offers several different solutions for your payments. The customer can pay using an invoice, either paying the full amount at once or partial payments. If the costumer has an account at Klarna, they will also have the option to save a number of purchases, and then pay them all at once. The customer may also pay via a bank transfer or by card. Please note that corporate customers may not pay using Klarna Checkout.
Pay directly in our store located in Sturegatan 20, Stockholm, Sweden.
If you wish to pay by invoice, press "Cash in store" and then write "invoice" (including the address for the invoice) in purchase orders, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
The card number and period of validity has to be stated. The money is transferred from the account the moment that the order is made. Make sure to check if your card has any restrictions when purchasing online. Card payments are made in cooperation with DIBS. DIBS verifies the credit card online in a fast and secure way. The card number is sent through an encrypted connection directly to the bank. Brittfurn does not have access to any card information or bank information. The payment will first have to be approved by your bank, in order transfer the money to our account.
The terms-, and the ways of delivery as well as the delivery time may vary depending on the product and the country which the customer is in. A customized product may for example have a longer delivery period than a product that is in stock. Normal delivery time for wallpaper ranges between five days up to three weeks.
Delay in the delivery
In the case of a delay of the purchased product, that exceeds the normal delivery time stated above, it is asked of the customer to contact Brittfurn as soon as possible. In this way, we can quickly investigate the reason behind the delay, and hopefully find a resolution. We use Postnord Logistics, and delays may occur within their schedule. Brittfurn will not be held accountable for the delivery time after the parcel is handed to the transportation company, however we will gladly aid in finding the cause to this delay.
Ways of delivery (within Sweden)
• Parcel via post.
• Payment in store upon collecting product. The products may be collected from our show room at Sturegatan 20, Stockholm, with no extra fees. Brittfurn will contact you when the product is available.
We use carefully chosen means of transportation that uphold qualitative service, however transportation damages may occur. As a costumer, you are obliged to inspect the product for any damages, upon receiving it, or shortly after receiving it. If the product is damaged you as a costumer are expected to contact either the transportation company or our customer service (see section 11 for contact details). The damages are the transportation company’s responsibility, not Brittfurn. Brittfurn’s responsibility seizes upon handing the product to Postnord Logistics. With this stated, Brittfurn will do their best to help you in case this would occur.
7. DAMAGED GOODS
If a product in any way is defect, a complaint should be sent in accordance to section 8. In case the product is defect and a complaint has been made within the given time, we will make sure to help you resolve the issue, or to replace the product. If a complaint is to be claimed, it is crucial to have the order confirmation as it is the only basis of evidence we can use.
8. CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
Complaints concerning defects in the product, or delays in delivery shall be done within reasonable time. You can find our contact details (see section 11). Wallpapers and fabrics do not fall under our complaint policy if they have been used. You should therefore always examine the wallpapers / fabrics before using them. Brittfurn does not replace wallpaper rolls that have been put up or fabrics that have been sewn.
9. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
We do not take responsibility for packages that have not been picked up within reasonable time. Neither do we take responsibility for unclaimed packages that have been returned to us.
For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery, as this is done under your responsibility. Thus making it important to pick up packages that have been sent out, even if you have regrets about your purchase. If a customer forgets to claim a package but still wants the product, then the product may be resent to the consumer, but the shipping costs are payed by the consumer.
10. Withdrawal and return policy
Our objective is for you as a costumer to be satisfied with the purchases done through our website. However if that is not the case, then you have by law (2005:59), a 14 day withdrawal period, counting from the day that the product got delivered to you. You will need to contact us if you wish to exercise your right to use the withdrawal period (in accordance to section 11). You can return the product through delivery or at our physical store (see the store’s address in section 11). You are held responsible for the shipping costs if you wish to ship the product back. In addition you are also held responsible for any value decrease that may occur as a result of the product being handled in a larger extent than necessary. In case a product is returned it should be done with the original package unbroken and in good condition, with possible labels intact.
Withdrawal is not possible if the product has been manufactured according to your own request or if the product has a clear personal touch (for example furniture that is ordered in a certain size). Wallpaper and fabrics are not included in the right to withdrawal. The reasoning behind this lies in the customization of the order. These products become unique when it comes to dye-baths and sizes at every manufacturing. Observe that differences in color between different manufacturers do not give you the right to return your product with a refund. We always recommend our customers to order samples before making a full order.
The Distance and Off-Premises Contract Act consists of conditions that limit the right of withdrawal. In accordance to the Distance and Off-Premises Contract Act and contracts outside of business facilities, 11§ point 3, the right of withdrawal can not be applied if the product is sold per a costumer’s request. At Brittfurn, this concerns the wallpapers and fabrics that are ordered and manufactured in accordance with the customer's specific requests. The pictures and descriptions on the website are therefore a showroom for what can be manufactured. When the customer orders a product, the manufacturing starts, using the customer’s instructions. Due to the customization of the product, the customer may not return it as it can not be sold in the store.
If you as a costumer regret your purchase, you may, in accordance to section 10 get a full refund, within 14 days of receiving your request.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
Brittfurn is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
